Fresh Salmon Poke Bowl – Soya free

Ingredients

  • Quinoa boiled
  • Big Sam’s Japanese Edamame steamed
  • Big Sam’s Hass Avocados diced
  • Cucumber diced
  • Spring onions (green) finely chopped
  • Big Sam’s Orange Tobiko
  • Sesame seeds – toasted

Method

  • Mix a dressing of sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and ginger paste, fresh chopped green chillis and some maple syrup to
    sweeten.
  • Marinate Big Sam’s Salmon Poke Cubes in the above dressing for at least 15 minutes.
  • Assemble the bowl with the ingredients.
