Caviar & Smoked Salmon Canapes
Ingredients
- Big Sam’s Fresh Atlantic Smoked Salmon
- Big Sam’s Caviar - choose from Ossetra, Kristal or Beluga
- Big Sam’s Fresh Cream Cheese
- French Bread or Crackers
- Sprig of Dill or Parsley
Method

Pick your base - crackers need no preparation. The bread needs to be lightly grilled

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese to the base

Add a thin slice of the smoked salmon
4
As a final touch gently place a small amount of caviar on top
