Big Sam’s Caviar – choose from Ossetra, Kristal or Beluga
Big Sam’s Fresh Cream Cheese
French Bread or Crackers
Sprig of Dill or Parsley

Method

Pick your base – crackers need no preparation. The bread needs to be lightly grilled
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese to the base
Add a thin slice of the smoked salmon
As a final touch gently place a small amount of caviar on top
