Rawas also known as “Indian Salmon” is a white fish , with a firm texture and highly versatile taste commonly used in curries. High in protein and other essential nutrients.

Storage instructions:

• Can be kept in the freezer (-18 degrees celsius) unopened for up to 7 days.
• If refrigerated (0-4 degrees celsius) consume within 2-3 days if unopened. Once opened consume immediately or within 2 days.
