Tuna Chutoro is a blend of Akami and Otoro, lying between the fattiest and leanest part of the tuna. The meaty and fatty texture lends itself perfectly to be eaten as sashimi. Rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, high in protein and sashimi grade.
Storage instructions:
– Can be kept in the freezer ( -18 degrees celsius) for upto 2 weeks if unopened.
– If refrigerated (0-4 degrees celsius) use within 2 to 3 days if not opened. Once open consume immediately or within 2 days.
