A luxurious delicacy, inspired by traditional Swiss curing methods. The loin (centre cut) of the salmon is used which is a premium tender and fatty part of the fish. It is gently cured for 48 hours with salt, and lightly cold smoked using Alder wood chips which results in the salmon maintaining its silky texture, creating a mild, delicate and refined smoky flavour which melts in your mouth. The salmon is hand sliced, ready to serve.

We suggest serving it at room temperature on lightly toasted blinis, some creme fraiche and a squeeze of lemon, or eat it on its own.

Storage instructions:

– Refrigerate for upto 3 days unopened. Once packet opened consume immediately or within 2 days.
