These luxurious, restaurant grade full shell fresh oysters are from the pristine, unique waters of Dibba Bay.  Salty, umami, slightly sweet and buttery, they have a myriad of flavours in a meaty texture.  Packed with nutrients such as zinc, vitamins D3 and B12, omega 3 fatty acids, oysters are high in protein and low in calories. They are usually eaten raw – with lemon/lime, tabasco or caviar. They can be cooked too.

Sold as single pieces (full shell) at 45-65g per piece.

Storage instructions:
